For everyone who uses LinkSync

  • Privacy noticeWhat LinkSync records about staff and the people at the places they visit, why, who sees it, how long it is kept, and your rights. Read this first.
  • Terms of useThe rules for using the LinkSync app and web admin as a member of staff at an organisation that uses LinkSync.
  • Acceptable use policyWhat nobody may do with LinkSync, including faking a visit or tampering with a GeoSync, and what happens if they do.
  • Cookies and similar technologiesThe small amount of information this website, the web admin and the app keep on your device, and why none of it is used for tracking.
  • SecurityHow we protect the service and the information in it, and how to tell us about a security problem.
  • Supported phonesThe iPhones and Android phones the LinkSync app runs on, and what each phone needs.

For organisations that use LinkSync

  • Customer AgreementThe contract between LinkSync and each organisation that subscribes: the service, fees, GeoSyncs, support, responsibilities, liability and ending the agreement.
  • Data Processing AgreementHow LinkSync handles personal information on an organisation’s behalf, as UK data protection law requires. It forms part of the Customer Agreement.
  • Sub-processorsThe kinds of companies that help us run LinkSync, and how we tell organisations before we add or change one.

Organisations also receive the LinkSync Policy Pack: template policies for their own staff and the people at the places they visit, including a visit verification policy, a face check policy and a data protection impact assessment. Ask your account contact for a copy.
